Mr. Virgilio “Jojo” Ajero is the CEO of VH Growth Consulting & Scalar Prime Consulting, firms that specialize in scaling foodservice and retail companies, helping develop strategies, structures & systems that help with brand lift, sales lift and profit growth. He is a veteran Business Development and Marketing executive with a strong Operations & Finance background and is often tasked to transform companies. He is a data-driven strategist and has co-authored predictive models for location performance, marketing mix analytics and ecommerce index.

He bridges the gap between traditional business excellence, data analytics and the frontiers of smart technology. Aside from being the Market Intelligence Director of Tangere Research, he currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer of two other organizations: QUBE Smart Technology by the AiQue Group; and Samgyupsalamat, the No.1 Charcoal-Grilled Korean Unli-BBQ Chain. At QUBE, he is the forefront of the mission to build smarter cities, intelligent restaurants, and enhanced factories through IoT and AI – driving the efficiencies that define the modern bottom line.
