Mr. Vicente L. Gregorio

Mr. Vicente L. Gregorio has been the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc. (SPAVI) since February 2003. His forty-year experience in the restaurant business includes his stint as a restaurant staff until ultimately rising to become CEO of a publicly listed and prestigious food service business. Under his leadership, SPAVI has seen a record double-digit growth for sixteen years broken only by the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Gregorio has led SPAVI to navigate the crisis and continue its aggressive growth with its current and acquired brands.

Apart from running SPAVI, Mr. Gregorio is also a public speaker who imparts his WOW philosophy to major companies and organizations like Coca-Cola, Nestle, San Miguel Corporation, the Organization Development Practitioners Network and the Philippine Franchise Association, of which he is also a member of the board.

Mr. Gregorio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Central Colleges of the Philippines and has earned units from the Business Administration Master’s program of the Graduate School of Business at Ateneo de Manila University.
