Ms. Mary Grace Dimacali

Ms. Mary Grace Dimacali is the visionary founder and CEO of Mary Grace Cafe.

Her journey began as a child, captivated by the magic of dough expanding with a life of its own—a passion she nurtured through motherhood and beyond. In 1994, Ms. Mary Grace debuted her famous Ensaymadas and Cheese Rolls at a local bazaar. 

By 2002, she opened her first store, and just four years later, she expanded her brand by launching her first cafe, adding to the 11 kiosks she had already established.

Today, her love for baking and creating new recipes remains at the heart of Mary Grace Cafe, inspired by the joyous Sunday family lunches that continue to fuel her passion.
