With over 13 years of experience with McDonald’s Philippines, she has earned for the brand a Hall of Fame recognition for consecutive success of sales driving and brand building campaigns. In the last 3 years, she took on a regional role with McDonald’s Asia Business Unit where she worked closely with 12 markets in accelerating growth opportunities for the region. Leveraging on the scale of the McDonald’s brand, she has advocated and pushed for regional activations that has earned the region recognition and has become best practice in the system.
