Ms. Denise Haak is currently the President of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines and the Chief Experience Officer of Qairos. She is also the Founder of ALT: ENGINE and QUIDDITY Usability Labs. The latter specializes in building and improving digital products and solutions that are grounded on usability principles, including user research and usability inspections.
As president of IMMAP, she is an advocate of Blockchain Technology. In Qairos, Ms. Haak’s expertise includes, among others, User Experience, Customer Experience, Experience Design, Accessibility, Leadership, C-level, Business Development, Strategy, Research and Public Speaking. She is also passionate about Machine Learning and AI, Accessibility, Web3, and Software Development.
Ms. Haak also worked with Google in Agency Relations and as an Agency Lead. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University, Manila.
