Mr. Allan M. Cao

Mr. Gabriel “Gabby” L. Gonzalez, CFE is currently working for FRANCORP Philippines as a Senior Operations Consultant where his primary role is to help small businesses to set up and improving their systems before they venture into franchising.

He has worked in the service industry particularly in operations for more than 20 years and had an extensive training in Jack in the Box, Jollibee, and Gourmet’s Café. He was Vice President for Operations and Management Services for Gold’s Gym Philippines where he played a critical role in the brand’s dynamic expansion program. Also worked as the Head of the Operations group of Dunkin Donuts Philippines where he looked after all company owned and operated locations in NCR.

Mr. Gonzalez worked at Starbucks Coffee for 13 years under the Operations and Learning and Development group where he teaches classes and guides newly promoted and up and coming Retail Store Managers. He was part of the opening team which opened Starbucks Coffee here in the Philippines where his primary role was to open retail stores in new markets.
