Mr. Allan M. Cao

Mr. Allan M. Cao is an Assurance and Markets Executive Director of PwC Philippines. He has a wide range of experience that covers financial, operational and internal control audits. He has served local and multinational companies belonging to several industries such as oil and gas, mining, consumer and industrial products, education, non-for-profit, media, automotive, pharmaceutical, and business process outsourcing. He specializes in budget, tax and international accounting and auditing.

His Markets role is primarily to lead the operations of the following units: business development, marketing and communications, knowledge management and corporate responsibility. Allan assists the Markets Leader and the Chairman and Senior Partner in their corporate planning needs to enable the firm’s growth and achieve its objectives. He also sits as the Executive Director of Isla Lipana & Co. Foundation, Inc., which is the corporate responsibility arm of PwC Philippines.

He finished his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila and he is a Certified Public Accountant. Allan attended the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management, along with 45 other participants who held top management positions from local and multinational companies.
