Ms. Michell Ann C. Hong, CFE

Ms. Michell Ann “Mitch” Hong, CFE started her career in Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) in 1998. She spent her over two (2) decades of working experience in JFC Brands such as Greenwich, Jollibee, and Mang Inasal in the areas of: Operations, Training, Business Channels, Real Estate, and Franchising. The fusion of all of these work experiences has given her the advantage and leverage to connect, collaborate, and work with people within and outside Jollibee Foods Corporation.

Today, she is the Franchising Director of Mang Inasal Philippines. She is instrumental in the development and institutionalizing of Franchise Systems (Policy and Processes) across Jollibee Group of Brands in the Philippines. She drives and enables the success of franchisees through effective business partnering, development of management solutions, and other relevant interventions.

She graduated from Centro Escolar University in 1997 and a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) Batch 2019.
