Mr. Dondi Gomez

Dondi Gomez was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Jollibee Group in 2013 at age 40, making him the youngest Corporate Officer and Executive Team Member of the company.
As CMO, he founded the Global Marketing Division, which develops and institutes best practices in brand management, marketing systems and training, market research, media management, and corporate communications that help drive the success of 18 brands across 34 countries.
He also founded the Jollibee Group’s Marketing Academy, a systematic marketing training program that develops marketeers at all levels, preparing them to take on bigger roles towards the conglomerate’s vision of becoming one of the top 5 restaurant companies in the world.
Prior to the Jollibee Group, Dondi spent ten years at Unilever Philippines, working his way up to Managing Director and National Board Member. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management at the Ateneo de Manila University and is a proud father to Natalia.
