PREFFERED LOCATION
Please indicate your 3 most preferred locations and indicate their booth numbers in the spaces provided below. Please note that the Organizers reserve the right to revise the floor plan and /or booth numbers as necessary.

to be printed in 6” x 9” size, full color glossy pages at 30,000 copies)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. 10% surcharge on all prime locations
2. Booth design should be submitted for organizer’s approval for the purpose of avoiding the blocking of other exhibitor’s view.
3. Bookings of 2 booths shall be in vertical configuration.
4. For new exhibitors, please submit the following:
• Company Profile / Franchise Investment Package
• Existing outlets, branches with their complete addresses and photos.
5. The Exhibitor warrants that all information and documents submitted to the Organizer in connection with Franchise Asia Philippines 2022 Expo shall be true and complete.
6. The Organizer and its agents, representatives, contractors, and employees shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the
consequences of any dealings and commercial transaction made between the Exhibitor and other parties during or as a result of the exhibition.
7. The organizer reserves the right to alter, reconstruct and reconfigure the floor plan for whatever aesthetic, practical and/or technical reasons
in the interest of exhibit.
8. Priority of space allocation is given to PFA partners/members.
9. Space reservation will be tentatively confirmed upon receipt of 50% downpayment due on December 29, 2023
10. An exhibitor is considered confirmed only when the exhibition fee has been fully paid on or before January 31, 2024
CANCELLATION POLICIES

50% of total exhibition fee - if written notice is received between February 7, 2024

NO REFUND - if written notice is received after February 8, 2024 onwards
PAYMENT TERMS
Please make cheques payable to PHILIPPINE FRANCHISE ASSOCIATION, INC.
1. DEPOSIT: Space reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% commitment fee due on or before December 29, 2023
2. BALANCE: 50% due on or before January 31, 2024
3. Only exhibitors with FULL payment will be allowed to ingress.
4. Only Exhibitors with FULL payment on or before January 31, 2024 will be included in the listings.
