Please indicate your 3 most preferred locations and indicate their booth numbers in the spaces provided below. Please note that the Organizers reserve the right to revise the floor plan and /or booth numbers as necessary.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Organizer (PFA) reserves the right to alter, reconstruct and reconfigure the floor plan for whatever aesthetic, practical and/or technical reasons in the interest of the exhibit.

Priority of space allocation is given to PFA partners/members.

Booth design should be submitted for the organizer’s approval to prevent the blocking of the other exhibitors.

Bookings of 2 booths shall be in vertical configuration.

For new exhibitors, please submit the following:

Company Profile / Franchise Investment Package

Existing outlets, branches with their complete addresses and photos.

The Exhibitor warrants that all information and documents submitted to the Organizer in connection with Franchise Asia Philippines 2025 Expo shall be true and complete.

The Organizer and its agents, representatives, contractors, and employees shall not

be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the consequences of any dealings.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

50% of total payment made will be refunded IF a written request is received on or before September 27, 2024

NO REFUND will be given IF the written request is received from September 30, 2024 onwards.
PAYMENT TERMS

Booth space will only be reserved upon receipt of the RESERVATION FEE (25% of the booth cost)
***Reservation will only be honored until July 10, 2024.
***For Non-Members, reservation fee will only be accepted once you are approved as an exhibitor.
2. Booth space will only be confirmed upon receipt of the DOWNPAYMENT (50% of the booth rate) which should be made not later than September 2, 2024.
**Plotting will only be made once Downpayment has been settled.
3. FULL PAYMENT should be made on or before November 15, 2024.
