Mr. Dennis Dimaunahan

Mr. Dennis N. Dimaunahan is the Chief Finance Officer of Eight-8-Ate Holdings Inc., the F&B arm of the Udenna Group. Eight-8-Ate is the owner and operator of Wendy’s Philippines and Conti’s Bakeshop and Restaurant. In this capacity, he also heads the Enterprise Information and Technology Department, Supply Chain Management Department and the Facilities and Engineering Department. Mr. Dimaunahan is also the company’s General Manager of the Corporate Support Services.

Mr. Dimaunahan previously served as the Vice President for Finance of Conti’s Specialty Foods, Inc. A Certified Public Accountant by profession, Mr. Dimaunahan started his career as an auditor in SGV & Co. He also had stints with SM Prime Holdings, Inc. and SM Investments Corporation as well as their family-owned casual dining restaurants and food kiosks.

Mr. Dimaunahan graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University and has full units of Masters in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
