Mr. Eric Dee is the President and Chief Operating Officer of one of Manila’s top food and beverage group, FooDee Global Concepts, which holds the brands MESA Filipino Moderne, The Food Hall, Pound, Flatterie, Sunnies Café, Bench Café and Llao Llao. They also have 5 Michelin rated restaurants under their belt namely: Tim Ho Wan, FOO’D (food-doh’) by Davide Oldani, Tsuta, Kam’s Roast and Hawker Chan which is currently the world’s most reasonable Michelin starred establishment in the world from Singapore. They also launched Food District Signatures on 5th – a food hall that houses the perfect mix of iconic brands and food trendsetters.


Recently, Mr. Dee has entered the start-up world by co-founding Kraver’s Canteen, the country’s fastest growing cloud kitchen.


He is aggressively expanding and bringing in hottest and most accessible brands to the Philippine shores in order to let the Filipinos have a taste of the best restaurants around the world.
