Mr. Jose Victor Paterno

Mr. Jose Victor Paterno assumed his present position as President and CEO of 7-Eleven local franchisor - Philippine Seven Corporation (PSC) in January 2005. Before this, he worked for Nestle USA as a management associate but returned to the Philippines to work as the Planning and Engineering Manager for PSC in 1993.  Prior to his appointment as PSC President, he was General Manager, President and CEO of the company’s logistics subsidiary Convenience Distribution, Inc. 

Currently, he is also a Board of Director for External Relations of the Philippine Franchise Association.

Mr. Paterno was awarded the SGV Master Entrepreneur Award by Ernst & Young in 2012. He also received the 2013 CEO Excel Award from International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering at Lehigh University of Pennsylvania.
