Mr. Robert F. Trota, CFE was appointed to the Board of Max’s Group, Inc. (MGI) on February 24, 2014 and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He also sits in the Board of Directors for most of MGI’s corporations and affiliates, and is the President of Teriyaki Boy Group, Inc. He is the Vice Consul for the Consulate General of Ireland, and the Director for Filipino Global Brands of the Philippine Franchise Association, where he was also Chairman from June 2009 to 2013 and President from 2005 to 2009.
Mr. Trota holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the De La Salle University and has completed training seminars/programs for effective management and family-owned company governance and management conducted by the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). Mr. Trota does not hold directorships in other listed companies.
As Chief Executive Officer with over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Mr. Trota provides strategic leadership for the company by working together with the Board and Management Team to identify long-term goals, plans, and policies. He coaches the Franchising Development Team and several Strategic Business Units of MGI including Pancake House, Yellow Cab Pizza Co., Teriyaki Boy, and Sizzlin’ Steak.
