Dr. Carl Balita, CFE

Dr. Carl E. Balita is a multi-awarded educator, entrepreneur, and global nursing leader, recognized as The Outstanding Filipino for Education and one of the Ten Outstanding Global Filipino Nurses. He is the founder of a nationwide review center network that has helped over a million professionals earn licensure, producing more than a thousand board topnotchers across various disciplines.

A licensed nurse, midwife, and educator, Dr. Balita is also a prolific author, media host, content creator, and producer. His philanthropic initiatives span scholarships, climate action, health and security advocacy, and the recognition of Filipino excellence.

He holds a master’s degree, a doctorate in Humanities and Education, and executive education in International Management from Stanford University and the National University of Singapore. His numerous accolades include the TOTAL Award (Outstanding Thomasian Alumni), Asia CEO Circle of Excellence Award, DOST Science Ambassador, Agora Award as Marketing Luminary, and Simbolo ng Oriental Mindoro.
