Atty. Elojra "Elca" Javier

Atty. Elojra Javier known to her colleagues as Elca, is an Attorney III for the Bureau of Legal Affairs at the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.

Atty. Javier has been serving in the civil service for more than a decade where majority of which, she was connected with the Department of Trade and Industry – Human Resource and Administrative Service. In 2021, she was appointed to her first lawyer position as Attorney III at the Department of Justice – Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR). 

Since her stint in the OADR, Atty. Javier has become a resource person on topics involving Alternative Dispute Resolution with various government agencies and local government units. 

Atty. Javier earned her degree in AB Behavioral Science at the De La Salle University-Manila in 2010 and after a few years in the workforce, she earned her Juris Doctor degree at the Far Eastern University-Makati Institute of Law in 2019. Atty. Javier was admitted to the Philippine Bar in July 2020.
