Atty. Lyca Balita is a lawyer specializing in intellectual property. Besides her legal work protecting IP, she works with creatives and startups in scaling through IP licensing. She is a Certified Franchise Executive and the Chief Franchise Officer of Dr. Carl Balita Review Center, a global test preparation institution with over 180 branches worldwide. She also co-owns businesses in esports and publishing. She was a full merit scholar of the Lex Honors Program of the University of Asia & the Pacific, and she passed the Philippine Bar Examinations, which she took at age 23.
