Dr. Carl Balita, CFE is currently the President and CEO of the Carl Balita Review Center, the biggest, most awarded, and the first ISO 9001-2015 certified review center in the Philippines. His review center is the go-to institution of thousands of professionals to become productive and excellent global lifelong learners. 


With hundreds of branches in major cities nationwide and continuously expanding its operation internationally in the Middle East, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Canada, and the United States, CBRC has produced hundreds of topnotchers and a million professionals. 


As a philanthropist, he recently founded the Dr. Carl E. Balita Foundation to institutionalize the countless relief operations and charity works that CBRC has done throughout the years.


He is also a registered nurse and a registered midwife. As a dual health professional, he rallies behind every health professional for their career progression, continuing professional development, and a safe medical environment.


As a respected businessman, he received multiple awards and citations: the ASIA CEO Entrepreneur of the Year: Circle of Excellence for four consecutive years; the Outstanding Professional Award; The Outstanding Thomasian Alumni (TOTAL) Award in Entrepreneurship; and the Oriental Mindoro’s The Mahalta Award Entrepreneur.


In 2024, Dr. Carl was awarded the prestigious “Marketing Luminary” at the 42nd Agora Awards.

To pay it forward, he staunchly advocates for the MSMEs; continuously championing them through his television program, the “EntrePinoy Revolution.” 


He is the voice behind the multi-awarded “Radyo Negosyo” of DZMM, the program ran for almost 20 years and gave him the Best Host award. He is also a best-selling author and currently writes for the Business Mirror and The Manila Times. 


Dr. Carl Balita is a Doctor of Education and a Doctor of Humanities. He graduated with the highest honors in the Executive Program in International Management at Standford University and the National University of Singapore.
