Mr. Rowen Untivero is currently the Chairman & CEO of KinetX, CEO of Critical Link, and is Chief Enterprise & Business Capability Accelerator of Academy X.
He is a seasoned CEO, a corporate & entrepreneurial solution provider, a master trainer, a senior consultant, a business coach, a co-author of marketing books, a business column contributor, and a business technology solution ecosystem strategist.
He has trained and consulted with hundreds of companies in the Philippines. Prior to his current positions, he has also worked with Procter & Gamble, Pocketbell, Tupperware, Smart Communications Inc., Liberty Telecoms, and Alcatel. He also served as Partner and Chief Sales Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders for 3 decades, was then concurrently CEO of Connecting Mavens, and Sr. Consultant for COACH, Sensei, Continuum, and Day 8.
Drawn from more than 3 decades of top management, business development, account management, sales, procurement, and negotiation practice combined with empirical evidence gathered, he has been continually injecting practicable science in the fields of selling, negotiation, sales management, business-to-business marketing as well as management in general via his original frameworks, processes, and tools.Â

Additionally, he also served as Director of the Boards of the Adboard, PANA, PANA Foundation, and the Philippine Marketing Association.
