Ms. Ardee Adrales serves as Partner for Technology Consulting – Business Excellence and Managed Services at KPMG in the Philippines where she led large-scale transformation programs and managed services teams. 

With over 17 years of experience in business and digital transformation, business continuity, and managed services, she also specializes in enterprise- wide transformation as well as function-specific transformation in finance, operations, sales and marketing, supply chain, procurement, HR, and IT.  

Her strong background and experience in process automation, system implementation, and change management across industries such as financial services, manufacturing, shared services, and private enterprise has helped clients achieve their strategic and tactical objectives.

Additionally, her global experiences include standardizing processes across APAC, North America, and Latin America, and re-engineering key functions such as Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report to align with global best practices.
