Ms. Marielle Santos is a currently the Chief Adventurer of Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken & Sauce Bar who is poised to continue the epic adventure of the brand and showcase the abundance of its menu offerings and fill stores with vibrance through its people.

She is a leadership coach with demonstrated history of working in the restaurant industry. She has a rich expertise on general operations management, talent management, strategic planning and execution and project management.

Her adventure started in the field of human resources, training and learning development. She was also named as the first Guest Engagement Director of Shakey’s Philippines leading and executing the guest centricity strategy of the organization towards long term success.

Few years ago, she handled the General Manager post of Project Pie Philippines, an artisan-inspired create-your-own-pizza place from the United States.
