Ms. Kaye Lee

Ms. Kay Lee is currently the International Chief Operating Officer of Max’s Group, Inc. where she is in charge of MGI international business consisting of 5 brands: Max’s Restaurant, Yellow Cab Pizza, Pancake House, Sizzlin’ Steal and Teriyaki Boy). She reports directly to the board with her role ensuring the sustainable growth of MGI brands in the international market by supporting existing franchisees and by expanding in new markets.

She is an experienced and driven business leader building businesses globally including China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, India, the US, Canada, UAE, KSA, Oman, and Qatar. She has a strong background in Brand Management and Strategic Planning & Execution where she helps the company drive growth and profitability and also building equity. 

Prior to her current role as COO, she was also the International General Manager of MGI where she led the strategic growth of the MGI Brands in the international market. Ensuring that MGI becomes a global player in the international F&B industry, she built regional operations and marketing team based in all regions to efficiently support more than 10 master franchisees across regions.
