Mr. Donato G. Suyat IV, CFE is currently the Head of Franchise Management and Relations of Shakey’sPizza Asia Ventures, Inc. With over 25 years of experience in Franchise Management & Relations, Services, Administration and Business Development. He has extensive exposure to high level clients and top management executives offering franchising as an alternative business opportunity. D.G. has handled multi-national brands both local and foreign brands.

His background in Law and vast experience in Franchising, made him a lead person to address concerns on Franchise Dispute and Mediation, Governance, Labor Relations, Trademarks, Mergers & Acquisition. He also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as he plays a vital role in establishing a good foundation and develop franchise start-ups, processes, standards and policies across different business disciplines and support groups. Identify trade-off options and renders business advise and execution, within and across the organization involving Franchise partners, enabling the franchise business systems to be at par in the franchise industry, to address organizational and business relationship challenges, develop franchisee performances thru effective engagement, explore franchise growth opportunities, ensure compliance and governance by the execution of fair standards/policies and key performance measures, to maximize the business partnership and to achieve optimum franchise relationship.

He is a Communication Arts graduate from Miriam College and has earned Law units from the University of Santo Tomas. He took a Mini-MBA program at the Asian Institute of Management(AIM) in Makati City, where he got his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) title.
