Ms. Lydia Lily G. Quintans, AFPM, CTRP

Ms. Lydia Lily Quintans is a seasoned Human Resource practitioner with excellent skills in all areas of Human Resource Management, acquired through 42 years of work experience.  She spent 25 years of formal employment with some of the largest multinational companies which included Johnson & Johnson Philippines, Inc., Kraft Foods, Philippines, Inc., General Electric Philippines, Inc., Getz Bros. Philippines, Inc., and Edward Keller Philippines, Inc.  She started her career as a recruitment assistant and worked her way up to becoming the Head of HR. 

The last 17 years were dedicated to consulting work, assisting companies with their various HR needs.  She is currently the Managing Director and a Senior Consultant for Lead Interventions for Teams, Inc. (LIFT), a company she founded in 2011, which provides HR services to various clients in different industries.  She has provided guidance and assistance to companies in setting up their HR Departments, upgrading and updating their benefits and compensation programs, and in designing and implementing OD interventions, among others.

She graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  She is a Certified Total Rewards Professional acquired from the ASEAN Total Rewards Institute in Singapore.   She is also an Associate Fellow in People Management conferred by the Philippine Society of Fellows of PMAP, and the PMAP Board Secretary for 2023.
