Dr. Varongsri Poothakool is the Founder and CEO of Math & Science Talent by Dr. Ying, an education enterprise established from her Ph.D. research. She specializes in visual and creative learning methods for mathematics and science and has received Education Alliance Finland certification for international teaching standards. Under her leadership, the organization has expanded to 30 branches across Thailand, Laos, and the Philippines, providing franchise support, curriculum training, and quality assurance across ASEAN.

She is a faculty member at the Faculty of Education and Development Sciences, Kasetsart University (Kamphaeng Saen Campus). Dr. Varongsri was selected as Thailand’s sole representative to present at the APEC Business Women Activator Program 2025 in Melbourne, won the Thailand Franchise Award – Best Education for two consecutive years (2024–2025), and received an Innovation Grant from the National Innovation Agency (NIA) for the Visual Math application.

She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Research Methodology from Chulalongkorn University, where she developed the TPACK-S framework for technology-integrated mathematics teaching.
