Mr. Roberto S. Claudio, Sr. is the Chairman Emeritus of Quorum Holdings Corporation and the Founder of Toby’s Sports, the Philippines’ most established sports retail brand. A pioneer of modern specialty retail, he has spent over four decades building institutions that helped professionalize and elevate the country’s retail and franchising landscape.

He led Toby’s Sports from a single store into a nationwide retail network and helped establish a diversified group spanning sports and active-lifestyle retail, franchising, real estate, and consumer distribution through Sports Resources Inc. As Chairman Emeritus, he now provides strategic guidance, supports leadership transition, and champions long-term stewardship.

Mr. Claudio has held senior leadership roles in key industry organizations, including the Philippine Retailers Association, Philippine Franchise Association, GS1 Philippines, and the Retailers Council of the Philippines, and has represented the country in major international retail forums. He currently serves as a Member of the Private Sector Advisory Council, Tourism Cluster of the President.
