Mr. Dan Hayton is the Chief Operating Officer of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Philippines, where he leads operational strategy, business performance, and the nationwide expansion of over 60 restaurants.

He brings nearly two decades of experience in the global quick-service restaurant industry, having held leadership roles at Restaurant Brands International, the parent company of Burger King, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons. Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Director of Operations for RBI in the Asia-Pacific region and previously led Brand Standards and Operational Excellence for Burger King across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Mr. Hayton played a key role in launching and expanding Popeyes in the Philippines, helping build the operational systems that support consistent food quality, strong guest experience, and sustainable growth.
