Mr. Venon Tian joined ZUS Coffee in 2020 – a new-age, technology-driven company that focuses on quality yet affordable coffee. He currently leads the company’s strategic and operational direction.

A seasoned entrepreneur, Mr. Tian previously co-founded several ventures, including eziPOD (IoT) and Asia Digital Capital (investments and e-commerce), and served as a super franchisee for a leading retail chain.

A UK law graduate and strong advocate of operational excellence, Mr. Tian has driven ZUS Coffee’s business transformation and rapid expansion, leading it to become the fastest-growing and largest coffee chain in Malaysia. His leadership has been recognized with multiple accolades, including EY Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year (2023).
