Ms. Anais Dela Fuente Lapid is the Chief Operating Officer of R. Lapid’s Premium Chicharon – Since 1974. She learned the business from the ground up, starting in store operations before leading company-wide systems and process development.

She has completed extensive training in leadership, operations management, quality and food safety, and organizational development, supporting the company’s move toward more structured and internationally aligned practices. Alongside her role at R. Lapid’s, she is also an entrepreneur managing other business ventures.

An MVP Bossing Awardee, recognized together with her late father for their contributions to Filipino entrepreneurship, Ms. Lapid leads operations, strategy execution, business development, and innovation while helping prepare the organization for future generations. She holds a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems.
