Consul Enunina V. Mangio is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Liberia to Manila and a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in commerce, trade, and international relations.

She is President Emeritus of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and currently serves as Chairman of the Philippine–USA Business Council, as well as Senior Adviser and Corporate Secretary of the Philippine–Korea Economic Council. She is also a Trustee of PHILEXPORT and Chairman Emeritus of the Employers’ Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP).

In the private sector, Consul Mangio is Chairman of the Board and President of MPremium International Development Corporation, a global company engaged in hospitality, real estate, and commercial developments across Asia, the U.S., and Europe. She also chairs Mawell Chemical Corporation, specializing in engineering, renewable energy, and wastewater treatment solutions, and Choosers Choice Food & Development Corporation, which operates a nationwide chain of casual dining restaurants with 56 branches across the Philippines.

She holds an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School, a double degree in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering, and an Honorary PhD in Business Management from the Academe of Multi Skill in the UK. Her previous leadership roles include Past President of PCCI, Founder and Past President of the Water Environmental Association of the Philippines, and Charter President of the Rotary Club of Fort Bonifacio West.
