Ms. Jackie Dela Cruz, CFE

Ms. Jackie Cezar Dela Cruz is currently the General Manager of Famous Belgian Waffles, a brand founded by her brother and mentor, Mr. Euclid Cezar,  more than a decade ago. Under their leadership, the brand has expanded significantly and was recognized as an Outstanding Filipino Franchise, earning a place in the Hall of Fame at the Franchise Excellence Awards.

She is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in franchising, strategic growth, and international business development. She also has over 20 years of corporate experience, including international assignments at Shell bringing her a deep expertise in market expansion, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Additionally, she is also the Director  at SmartAge Solutions, specializing in smart home and office automation.

Most recently, Ms. Jackie was a Keynote Speaker at the BizNext Summit in Dubai, where she spoke on "The Future of International Business Partnerships." She is a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship, mentoring emerging business owners and empowering Filipina entrepreneurs.
