Ms. Melodina Isaguirre has nearly 30 years of experience in the food industry, she began her career in 1995 as a Restaurant Manager and has since worked with leading brands such as Jollibee, Gerry’s Grill, Shakey’s, Project Pie, Banh Nam, and Nha Em. Her international training in the USA and Vietnam played a key role in the successful launch and operations of several global concepts in the Philippines.

She is known for building strong company culture and high-performing organizations, with leadership that fosters collaboration and trust. As Chief Operating Officer of Tapa King, she led a successful rebranding that delivered four consecutive years of double-digit sales growth and consistently met profit goals, beginning during the pandemic. Under her leadership, Tapa King has grown to 55 stores nationwide and four international branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with further expansion planned for 2026.
