Ms. Violeta Dela Fuente Lapid is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of R. Lapid’s Premium Chicharon – Since 1974. Together with her late husband, Rey Lapid, she built the company from a small barbecue stand in Quiapo, Manila into a well-known, multi-generation family enterprise.

Under her leadership, R. Lapid’s grew beyond its original format, with food retail and manufacturing as its core while expanding into related ventures in hospitality and agriculture. She continues to guide the organization with the same values that shaped its beginnings—hard work, integrity, and service.

Beyond the business, Ms. Lapid is a Go Negosyo Mentor and active leader in business, civic, and educational organizations, Ms. Lapid continues to lead with values rooted in service, continuity, and community responsibility.
