Ms. Yupi Nguyen (Nguyễn Ngọc Phi Yến) is an entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in franchise development and management in the F&B sector, both in Vietnam and across international markets including the Philippines & the Indian subcontinent.

She currently serves as Co-Founder and COO of Phúc Tea / HappiTea, a franchise-driven F&B brand with more than 170 outlets in Vietnam, the Philippines and India. She is also mentor and coach for various brands in Vietnam to help them build and scale their franchise systems sustainably, both in domestic and international markets.
