Mr. Timothy "Tim" Daniels

Mr. Timothy Daniels leads the Investor Relations for SM Investments Corporation, where He is responsible for engaging with institutional investors and analysts globally and for supporting and developing the IR capabilities of companies within the SM group. He also oversees the SM Group-wide Sustainability Office, driving ESG initiatives, capabilities, and reporting of eight listed companies and the parent company Communications function.

Mr. Daniels has over 20 years of prior experience working in international financial institutions in the UK, USA, and Asia with roles in investment banking, consumer banking, finance, strategy, and communications. He also previously worked in management consulting and in the media industry.

He has been awarded Best Investor Relations Professional in the Philippines by Corporate Governance Asia, Best Senior Management IR Support by Institutional Investor, and Best Investor Relations Team by The Asset Magazine. SM Investments has been awarded Gold for Sustainability Reporting by the Center for Sustainability Reporting and is recognized as an ESG Industry Top Rated Company Globally by 

Sustainalytics.

Mr. Daniels holds an MA degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA degree with majors in Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
