Ms. Melodina Isaguirre

Ms. Melodina “Melodee” Isaguirre serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Tapa King, the home of authentic Pinoy Tapa. She ensures the brand is recognized for its values and services both locally and internationally. Under her leadership, Tapa King operates 50 stores in the Philippines and five international branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Singapore. She continues to drive the expansion of Tapa King and is set to launch two additional brands this year and in 2025.

Starting her career in 1995 as a Restaurant Manager, she now has nearly 30 years of extensive experience in the food industry. She has worked with several well-known brands, including Jollibee, Gerry’s Grill, Shakey’s, Project Pie, Banh Nam, and Nha Em. Her training in the USA and Vietnam helped her understand the operations of Project Pie, Banh Nam, and Nha Em, ensuring the successful execution of these brands in the Philippines.

She specializes in building a positive company culture and developing dynamic organizations. Her leadership skills have consistently fostered strong bonds with employees and departments under her management. Recently, with her dedicated team at Tapa King, she led a successful rebranding effort that resulted in four consecutive years of double-digit sales growth and consistently met profit goals, starting at the height of the pandemic. Her achievements have earned the full trust of the company’s shareholders.
