Mr. Miguel Antonio S. Lindo, CFE

Ms. Rhea Flores, CFE is a Strategic Planning Consultant for Francorp Philippines, the world leader in franchise development and consulting. She is currently leading franchise development projects in the food, retail, and service industries.

She has also worked with unique franchise concepts in microfinance, medical diagnostics, education, and international franchising. Before working in the franchising sector, she was a Management Systems Consultant and facilitated training and consultations on ISO standards on Quality, Business Continuity Planning, and Enterprise Risk Management.

She has an MBA from the University of the Philippines and is a Certified Franchise Executive, having completed her Mini-Masters in Franchise Management at the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives under the Philippine Franchise Association (PFA).
